Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 48 hours after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 48 hours after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.




  • Incorrect Design: If your product arrives with a different design than what you had sent to ANTHERR, we would accept the return and send you a new product with the correct design on it.
  • Damaged design/product: We at ANTHERR ensure the quality of the product and the design imprinted on it. However if you feel the print or the product is damaged or somehow not able to justify the quality, you can reach us and click some photos. We will have a look with our quality team and definitely do the needful.
  • Size Issues: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges to your end. We would request you the check the specific product size charts before placing the orders.

    Please Note: For the exchange or return process, you have to pay 119/-INR as a delivery charges. This is for hygiene purposes as we have to get the article sanitized and dry cleaned.

    In the interests of hygiene, masks, and bandanas are not returnable. Stationery products are also a part of no return / no exchange products

  • In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount.
  • If we have already printed and shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.
